Thirty, Flirty, and Fun!
Well, for those of you who've never seen the movie "13 Going on 30," this is the main character's little saying when wishing she could be 30. Well, I definitely did not WISH to turn 30, but you know it happens! And for me, it happened on the 18th of October (I know, this post is very late)! So, I thought I'd adopt the character's saying as I enter a new decade. Why not! I had a great day and my kids and hubby spoiled me rotten!! We went out for Italian, where the entire restaurant sang "Happy Birthday" to me and I also received my presents. (BTW-My hubby totally came through in buying me my ever sought after DSLR!!! I owe him for eternity, but I guess it's good that I have that long with him!) We then ordered two canolis "to-go" and came home and celebrated with those being my birthday cake substitute :) Here are pics of the final events of the night!

Sweet! I wish I got to take my own pictures of you in the get-up! I also notice the hutch made it there in safety :) Don't worry about being 30 you rock! (oh, and yes for some reason I DO feel it necessary to use exclamation marks frequently... don't ask why)
