Dallas Zoo

Back in February a friend in our Ward planned a playgroup day up at the Dallas Zoo. The weather was wonderful and so Lexie and I loaded up and went. We had so much fun, especially seeing as that this was Lexie's first time EVER at a zoo! Isn't that crazy! All the times I've taken the other two, she's never been! She was in heaven and loved seeing all the animals. I will definitely have to take her back!

I thought this was such a funny statue! Not the front of the elephant, but it's backside! LOL!! Eh, Lexie didn't care, she posed in front of it anyway :)

There were all these little animal statues all over the zoo and Lexie never missed a chance to go and sit on them.
We ended the day by eating a picnic lunch over in the children's play area. Here she is having a ball in the tunnel.
