So back in May (on the 24th to be exact) we all experienced something a little out of the norm for us. Texas had been having some crazy weather. Huge storms, lightning and rain. Well, all of it culminated into tornados all over northern Texas, and on this particular night Rockwall put out the sirens. Here are my kids huddled in the bathroom waiting out the possibility of a tornado touching down in Rockwall. Jared was a trooper and had everyone in there with him (including the dog), while I waited it out at our local Old Navy. I know, I should have stayed home with such a bad storm out there, but in my defense, I had no idea it would turn so bad so quick! Thankfully, all went well and we were all safe and sound!
