One: SPRINKLES! I am in love! Found out that they had a Sprinkles shop in the Stanford mall and I couldn't resist. I went once with the kiddos and the second time I couldn't stop with just buying one! Don't worry, I didn't eat all those cupcakes myself. I brought them over to my Dad's for our last BBQ dinner with him to share with all. Since I have the biggest sweet tooth known to man, my little bro thought he'd snap this shot before we all dug in and ruined these wonderful cupcakes.
Two: DANCING! My honey and I share a lot of the sames likes/dislikes. But here's one where we both don't share the same passion. So while I had the opportunity I went dancing as often as I could :) Jared was very sweet and never minded me going out, as long as I was with a large enough group of gals. Here I am with (from L to R) my cousin Jeanine and my sis-in-law Adriana. I think I realized though (after going out dancing three weekends in a row) that man I forgot how much of a workout dancing can be. I was so beat by midnight and the next day I always had to nap to recoup from the night before! Ha Ha!
Three: EATING OUT. This one plus the Sprinkles cupcakes I think led to the unfortunate event of not being able to button my jeans come the end of the summer. But it was so worth it. Either it was me and my Dad, me and my Mom, me and my bro...well you get the picture. There was always someone that was offering to go and grab a bite somewhere. Below I am with Lexie at one of my favorite diners that my Dad used to take us to when we were kids, Johnny Rockets. The kids loved the shakes and had a blast putting nickels into the jukebox!
Here I am with my high-school gals. Over the years us four have kept in contact and everytime I come into town it is always fun to get together. Here we are at a place downtown called Milagros. So yummy! From left to right: Carlos (Patty's boyfriend), Patty (my BFF since we were 11), Monica (Patty's twin), Me, and Rachel. 
I loved being home for the summer, but I sure am glad that I am finally with my honey. Having him around would've made my summer perfect :) At least it was a close second :)

Awww this makes me miss you even more! I guess you did have an exciting summer without your running buddy huh? JK. You guys look amazing and it looks like you had a blast. Sprinkles? Really? Dang I am sad I missed that. Btw, did you notice we didn't take a picture together when I was in Dallas. I am so mad!!!! But I had a blast...thanks again for hanging out with me.

Sandra! That is so great that you had a fun summer! I am so glad that I now have a way to see what you and your cute family is up to! I am so sad that you all moved, but hope you are enjoying Texas! Tell your cute kids I said hi! I will sure miss watching them! :)
