Memere and Pepere's Visit

The day after Christmas Jared's parents came to visit for a couple days. What a wonderful visit we had with them. Because we had so much fun below are just some pictures of all the fun stuff that went on while they were here spoiling their grandkids rotten!!

The day after Jared's parents arrived we went up to Idaho for our nephew's baby blessing. Here's a shot of all the older grandkids being read to by their Memere. We also did a mini-Christmas up in Idaho. The cousins got to exchange presents, which just so happened to be the same thing!

One of the things Jackson and his grandparents have in common is that they LOVE Root Beer floats! So no trip would be complete without a stop at the local A&W.

Here's Alexis getting a sampling of some Lemonade. She just couldn't be left out of the yummy treats we were eating so we gave her Lemonade to keep her happy:)

Mikaela doesn't really care for Root Beer Floats so she opted for an ice cream cone. The thing was almost as big as she was. All of us helped her eat it:)

Since we only see the grandparents about twice a year we kept busy the entire time and tried to cram as much fun as we possibly could into our visit. Two of the places we went to that the kids loved were The Treehouse Museum and Toad's Fun Zone. Below are pics from Toad's Fun Zone.

The last night Jared's parents were in town the Idaho cousins came down and all the kids got to enjoy their grandparent's one last time. Here's Pepere reading to them all before bed.

It really was a fun visit and we can't wait to see them again!
