Jared had to leave us again for another week and a half and so it was up to me to make sure these kiddos got their energy out every night! So one night off to the park we went to ride bikes. It sure did the trick. The kids went right to sleep after baths!!

Mikaela learned how to ride without training wheels and got a big bike for Christmas.
She has done great getting used to it!
Of course we have to stop and play at the park before going home.
