Pescadero

The fourth week we were in Cali we headed up for the day to Pescadero. This is a beach town nearby which we are fortunate enough to go and hang out at every time we come and visit. Our family friend lets us use their beach house and the kids go nuts every time down at the private beach or in the hot tub!

Here they are only minutes after arriving. As soon as we got there, despite the super cold weather, they got their swim gear on and went into the hot tub. This shot is of them just out of the hot tub heading down for the beach. It stayed pretty over cast the entire day and I doubt it ever topped 65 degrees, but the kids did not care. They were all over the beach and couldn't get enough!

Who wears a coat at the beach...yeah, we do. Not all Northern California beaches are warm during the summer:)

We even brought Loki along. He ran footloose and fancy free all day!

After wrangling them all back up to the house after about an hour at the beach, we ate lunch and the kids went back into the hot tub. What a fun day being outside and enjoying the sand!
